At PDQ, our Notary Public can help with affidavits, statutory declarations, certified copies, travel consent letters, visa invitation letters, immigration forms, real estate documents, and more.

Do I need a Notarial Certificate?
A Notarial Certificate is required when a document needs to be authenticated with the Notary Public's official seal. If a Notarial Certificate is required, the person named on the document must be present at the appointment with government-issued photo ID. If a Notarial Certificate is not needed, friends or family can attend with the original documents to be certified.

Please bring valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's license or passport) and the original documents that need to be notarized. If you need help with photocopying, we can assist you at the office.

Yes! We offer mobile notary services throughout Grande Prairie and the surrounding Peace Country area. If you are unable to visit our office, we can come to you. Please contact us to arrange a mobile appointment.

Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer evening and weekend availability by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours, but we recommend booking an appointment to ensure prompt service.

You can book an appointment through our online booking system on SquareUp, by calling us at (780) 505-1187, or by visiting our office at 9909 102 St, Suite 100, Grande Prairie. We welcome walk-ins, on-call, and online bookings.

What is digital fingerprinting?
Digital fingerprinting uses cutting-edge biometric technology to capture your fingerprints electronically. The digital prints are submitted through a secure link to the RCMP's CCRTIS (Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services) through our affiliate, the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires. This is required for background checks, security clearances, and various professional applications.

An Apostille is a certification that authenticates a document for use in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. PDQ can assist with the Apostille process for your documents that need to be recognized internationally.

Process Service is the delivery of legal documents (such as court summons, subpoenas, or other legal notices) to a named individual. Our process server follows strict protocols and provides an Affidavit of Service, Affidavit of Attempted Service, or Affidavit Deeming Service Good and Sufficient as proof of delivery.
